Therefore, the machining of engine cylinder head is particularly important, and the processing of valve seat ring and guide hole is the most important.
The intake and exhaust valve seat ring of engine is an important working part to control the gas intake and exhaust gas emission. It will withstand the erosion of air flow and the impact and friction of valve under high temperature in the working process, and the working conditions are very bad: during normal operation, the valve seat ring is in the high temperature of (600 ~ 800) ℃ for a long time, and the high temperature gas corrosion and parts deformation will cause the valve guide and seat The damage of the cone surface of the ring aggravates, resulting in the valve sealing is not tight, a lot of energy is wasted with the discharge of high temperature gas, thus greatly reducing the engine power. Therefore, valve seat ring and guide hole should have good high temperature wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat transfer and high temperature strength, high temperature creep resistance and thermal expansion coefficient matching with cylinder head. At the same time, when the engine is working, if the valve center deviates from the valve seat ring center too much, the engine power will decrease and the fuel consumption will increase, at the same time, the wear of valve and guide hole will be accelerated. Therefore, the machining accuracy of valve seat ring and guide hole, especially the runout of valve seat ring working cone face, is strictly limited.
The general requirements for machining accuracy of engine cylinder head valve seat ring and guide hole are as follows: the concentricity tolerance of gasoline engine is (0.015 ~ 0.025) mm, while that of diesel engine is only (0.01 ~ 0.015) mm, cone runout is (0.03 ~ 0.05) mm, and the hole accuracy grade is generally H7
